Annual Vegetable Growing Pack

Our Annual Vegetable Growing Pack works out at just £3 per month to grow vegetables together, all year round.

Grow & Swap Club is a monthly growing programme designed to make growing food simple, affordable, and shared. You’ll receive seeds and plants by post and grow alongside a supportive community, one crop at a time.

If you arent able to afford the one off cost, please use our subscription option. We aim to be as inclusive as possible so that everyone can get involved.

What’s included

• Seeds & plants posted to you (UK-wide)

All seeds and plug plants are sent out by post, with free UK postage included, so you can take part wherever you live.

• One veg / fruit per month

Each month focuses on a single crop, keeping things manageable and confidence-boosting, especially for beginners.

• Monthly grow guides & video support

Step-by-step grow guides and short video tutorials are shared inside our Grow & Swap Facebook group and in "The Greenhouse" section on our website, showing you exactly what to do and when.

• Community support

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive growing community where you can ask questions, share progress, and learn from others. We’ll be there too, quietly supporting, guiding, and cheering you on.

• Grow your way 

Suitable for gardens, raised beds, pots, grow bags, and small spaces. No experience needed.

£36 across the year is less than 70p a week to grow food and be part of Grow & Swap. (Totally Girl Mathed it!!)

Any profits made will go straight back into supporting community projects.
